Yor main screen stats messed up

Started a new game, only three AI's Altarians(?) (blue), Drengins (red), and Yor (purple). Right from the start of the game the Yor were showing up in the economic graph. Now, so many years latter, I'm officially aware of them, the rest of the graphs show up and the economic graph drops (for the Yor).
Also, in the sector map above it, their ownership is not showing up correctly, either. Only showing two sectors, one with stars the other none. Manufacturing and Population shows that they are definately in the other 5 sectors, with stars.
