Hot Coffee Stirred Again

Two Class Action Lawsuits Being Filed

Shareholders of Take-Two Interactive have filed another round of lawsuits, which hope to reach class-action status, against the highly troubled publisher. The firms representing the shareholders are both looking for people who were shareholders between Oct. 25, 2004, the launch date of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" and Jan. 27, 2006, the day that Los Angeles' city sued Take-Two for selling 'pornographic video games' to children.

The troublesome claim of selling 'pornographic video games' to children stems from the 'Hot Coffee' scandal that struck last summer.
