Another crash to desktop (SE)

This time I got the message that the Drengin have revolted and taken the name Drengin Peace...somthing. I clicked the only dringin system (playing on the small map) and the speak-to button. (both the symbol and the picture was the normal drengin one, not a minor race symbol) When I exited (or if I pressed the turn-button, dont remember) it crashed.
