Mac Emulation - minimizing and managing multiple windows that are open

I an new to the Objectdock world and have been fascinated with the potential to finally make my Windows visually pleasing. I was wondering if there is the possibility to emulate the following Mac-ish features:
1) When you scroll your mouse up to the corner, all windows collapse and you can see screen shots of the windows. I was told that this is something in Macs but was wondering if Windows had something like this?
2) Is there a way to mimic the "stretching" and "shrinking of windows when you minimize and maximize them from the taskbar?
