Help getting colony ship to selected planet!

How do we move the colony ship to the planet we wish to colonize? Any assistance greatly appreciated!

Just "Launch" the ship from planet orbit (so it will be in space) , select it , right-click on the planet you wish to colonize.
When it done moving there you will be presented with window to give a name to your new colony.
