Window Blinds + trayit + cygwin = ouch

anyone else had a problem with windowsbinds, and trayit together?

Hello, there may be a simple place to change this, but I don't see it..

when I use cetrain skins with windowblinds (like xp developed by microsoft ) and run trayit (www.teamcti.com/trayit) .. the control + minimize button is supposed to toggle the minmize to tray, but it actually executes a close (bad when not expected). If I use a skin like pix office thise effect is not displayed.. where is it I can change it so the control key + minimize button is not altered by the skin?

oops I forgot to change the subject.. it is not actuallt related to cygwin it apperently happens to anything I try to minimize using trayit while using said skin
