According to GamePolitics the Utah "games as porn" bill has been ignored. GP reports that the bill, which flew through the house on a 56-8 vote, was ignored by the Senate until after its deadline had expired.
The bill or HB257, could be resurrected in an upcoming session but with many claiming that the bill is unconstitutional on the First Amendment grounds such an action is unlikely.
