THQ Confirms Acquisition Reports

THQ has confirmed reports that they have acquired the maker of the PC, PS2 and Xbox street racer, Juiced. Juice Games, the maker of the chart topping title, was formed in 2003 by artists, designers and programmers formerly employed by Rage. The firm has been published by THQ since its inception and hopes to continue its successful run with various titles in development including a PSP version of the street racer, Juiced: Eliminator and titles for "a new generation of console platforms."
