How do I create a bootskin?

First of all, I want to apologise if this has been catergorized wrong, and if I'm asking a question that's been answered dozens of times before. Now, to business. I'm trying to create a bootskin to match my desktop, but I'm not sure how to do it. I tried opening an existing one to see how it worked, and it went fine - until I came to the .ini file. I have no idea how to format the information in it. I know I need to tell it what the file names are, etc, but I have no idea how. I can't access any of the files in the one I disected, either. Could someone help me out? EDIT: If this is too difficult to explain, then could somebody just do it for me? I can send you the images I want to use.

The page doesn't seem to load for me... all I get is a white screen, but it says it's done (when obviously it's not).

No problem
And thanks, Master WOM. I've heard that Bootskin only works with 16 colour bitmaps. Is there any way I can work with 24bit colour?

Nope... 16 color, 4 bit only.

You can 'work' with 24bit...but you will have to dither the resulting image to 4bit for a Bootskin to work...
