influence overflow

I've located an overflow in the influence. Every time I lose an election the influence overflows and hey presto every empire quickly joins me. I'm playing as pacifist so assume that the -20% influence is doing the trick. This is repeatable.

Accidentaly noticed this post - exactly the problem I have encountered several times now, never connected it to the lost elections but this is exactly right. I've played the pacifists, and this bug comes up when they lose an election. Dunno if anyone else has made the connection so consider this a *bump*

Yes I had the same thing and never connected it to elections. I sent saved gamed to the team but i bet they would'nt have figured out what was causing it.
