Crash to desktop

I have saved game, which crashes to desktop upon new turn processing; crash seems to be related with planet finishing common social project (habitat, I think).

I have no working SE, so if someone is interested in this save, I can send it.

BTW, dont laugh, I KNOW I am loosing that game

Does the game crash after reloading, or does it continue on past that failing turn?
