Sorry to report the following....
Version 0.8.019 installed
the following crashes my p4 2g/512m ram everytime
1. new game, accepts defaults, done
2. opening on yearly report, done
3. research panel, select Propulsion theory, done
4. select domestic policy/economy, set tax rate to 50%, adjust military to 50%,
5. select domestic policy/governour, assign both to ford as default,
6. select domestic policy/economy, done
7. select system, select earth, select colony ship, select details, CRASH
