Could we add the ability to assign different goveners to each planet?

Currently it looks like you can only have one govener that makes all the planets build in the same manner. Is there a way to set each planet to one of the 4 goveners? I looked but didn't see a way. If not, can this be added?

Its in the planet detail screen. From the planet veiw click the "detail" button in the lower left to switch to the planet detail. There you will see a list of the four governers AND a "no governor" option. Clicking on one of these entries will change the governor for that planet.
