#1- I had a frigate and a transpot grouped in a fleet and sent them to an enemy planet (clicked on the planet to move). When they got there the ships were stacked on top of the planet and the transport did not invade. There was no AI ships orbiting the planet so no combat occured before. I have a save game file showing the ships stacked on the planet if needed.
#2- On a gigantic map, the Yor home planet is on the very bottom left corner. You can not see the name because the tool bar cuts it off (I think). Also, at a point very late in the game, they have not expanded past 2 planets! They are isolated in a corner of the map with 5 (if I recall correctly) 17+ planets around them. 3 in their starting sector! I have also notice they only have 1 battle cruiser and it's movement seems to be confined to the bottom edge of the map.
