Neat cheat - ships gain a move when going to, then from orbit.

I moved a ship from the SE of a star into orbit then removed it from orbit. It still had a move left,
making a move of two for a ship that only should have had a move of one.

Ughh...that seems unfair, but having ships come out of orbit with no moves is a pain...
