Unpacker for icon packages?

Hi, i want to use the icons separate which are in icon packages (.ip). Is there an unpackager for this?

change the extension from .ip to .zip and unzip it

Some IPs contain loose icon files (.ico) & others have all the icons collected into an icon library file (.icl)

So how can i open an icl?

.icl can be opened with an icon editor, such as IconDeveloper, or IconWorkshop. With IconDeveloper, each icon in the .icl, can only be saved one at a time. IconWorkshop will save the entire .icl as individual icons in a single operation. There are of course other icon editors, and you should do a little research to find the one you want.
