Next turn bug

This happened to me before, but wasnt sure til the 3rd time it happened. I have auto next turn and skip ship moves set to off. At the beginning of some turns, after GalNews and last planet screen, I end up at the sector screen with the next turn button already pressed. A few seconds later, the planet screens appear for the 2nd time. Anyone else notice this bug?
