I'd like more ingame info about the following . . .
from
Stardock Forums
I'd like more information, specifically understanding the components of economy, production, research and morale . . .
For example, I have morale of 66%. How did I get to that number? Some base number, plus bonuses for a stadium, a news network, etc. less minuses for ?. The same goes for production. What's my capacity - x% for a mfg plant, y% for fusion plant, but x and y% of what? And of course the same goes for research and economy. I'd like more info.
Another thing - how does my spending interact with my capacity. The problem I see is that I set my spending - military, social, and research globally - but my planets vary in their capacity. And I have no way of knowing how efficient my allocation is. Maybe my manufacturing capacity on earth is 100 units - but I am only using 85 of it because I am trying to produce more stuff elsewhere. Or what if I have 100 to spend on social projects, but my mfg capacity is only 85. Is this how it works? Also, the manual isn't clear on this - it doesn't address the issue of spending vs. capacity. Isn't that an issue or am I misunderstanding how the economy works. Maybe an addition to the manual?
Can you explain this to me?
Thanks,
