help me whit icons packagers

can somone help me whit iconpackegers cuz i don't know how to install it i don't have the proper program if i click on the downloaded iconpackage

hello,
goto stardock.com and download and install icon packager. install it.find an icon package you like (be sure it's an "icon packager" suite.save it to a folder you can find. open iconpackager.click "install new package". find the icon suite you down-loaded. double click on it.once its in the icon packager window, double click on it. then click the install button. at least it's how it works for me . good luck and enjoy. by the way, the freeware version is good for 30 days. the purchased version is much more awsome and it gives you much more options.
