Pirate Stacking bug

I saved a bmp and game showing my spacestation with a pirate cruiser and my corvette stacked. Cant attack the pirate. Pirate ship hasnt moved for last 10 turns, but the AIs have over 30 ships surrounding my station.

update: after 15 turns, I disbanded the space station and the pirate ship was destroyed by 1 of the 60 AI ships surrounding it.
