resetting Racials

Is there a way to reset the racial bonuses? Specifically, the yor collective 100 loyalty seems to have dissappeared, and now theres no option to buy back...

The link is to the forum entry I found when I ran into the same question.

Hopefully it's something that will be fixed with the next update. There's something to be said about the openess of the game to have to mod it to run normally...
