Boot Skins

how in sam hell can i install these boot skins, i have tried everything to make them work and ... nothing. i have win xp pro if that helps.

Bootskins will not necessarily work on all computers....some have proprietary Boot formats that don't support them, whichever version is tried...

yeah i installed it, and when i downloaded the skins and tried to extract the files to folders they were empty. and i looked up on here directions and they were real vague and i didnt understand a damn thing he meant. i used to use window blinds and all that other stuff... but it made me freeze alot... now i wanna try this ... just cant get it to load new skins.
