How do I download

I am always getting the download error message saying it failed to down load what do i do to correct this.

browser? IE, FF, etc

first shot at Pyscho Cursor failed. Deleted failed okay.
first shot at KrysKnife failed. Made sure cursor was highlighted in download pane, clicked 'download' - download resumed where it left off (failed) & completed download. success
went back and retried Pyscho - success

try a download, if it fails = make sure it's highlighted in the download pane and click download & see it it resumes where it left off and completes

thank i will try that, I have also tried to reinstall as well. I will keep working on it....and bugging your ear as well
