Desktop Making Question

When u are makeing a theme, is it possible to take objects from other themes u downloaded and put them into yours if so how?

for personal use only? can't upload them without permission.

I haven't tried it = no skills = but seems to me you can open the theme and copy them -- for simple objects it's easier just to look how it was done, then use that knowledge to make one.

Objects, and widgets can be imported into the theme, at least with DX Standard you can. Not sure about DX Client.

Do you have desktopX builder running?

Go to the second tab; called "Desktop"
Click the first button; "New"
Import any objects you want by clicking the Import button on that same tab in the objects section.
Adjust other settings below in the desktop setting section.

Now click teh save as button at the top.

Done

That process lets u put any downloded objects but i want to put in objects from downloaded themes like the tabs from the Aero theme plus the side bar from another theme for example...

First export the wanted object (right click, export) and then use Zubaz's instructions to add theme to you theme.
