dock PRoblem plz help

i just installed dock and i need help

well i just downloaded dock and after a while i got the hang of it, then i decided to restart my pc 2 make sure eveything worked fine,so i restart my pc, login, then as its loading the stuff, like everything got freken changed like the icons i had(i hav iconpackager) they changed to sumthing else somehow my taskbar was turned on for auto-hide which i did not put, then my tabdock eachtime i go over it with my mouse the dock goes superslow when its supposed to go fast, and finally when i open my computer icon all my icons r like this when there supposed to be all organized....CAN SUM1 HELP ME....
