Victory, but with a glaring tech bug. Screenshot linked.

After acheiving cultural victory, this tech summary screen shows a big miscalculation. I hope this is just displayed wrong, and my enemies, who were all set to "Idiot" level, didn't have this kind of advantage over me. My race picks had 6 points in technology, and I should have had a big advantage.

Also, I didn't notice ANY advantage in researching tech with such an overwhelming bonus. Research times were just as fast, and the minor races 25% through the game had several techs I did not.

4D still has it. It shows up in the Technology and Summary screens with a new game.

Yeah, that save game will still have the miscalulated GameTally scores. As the game progresses that technology total is calculated, then saved, but if you start a new game the problem will be fixed.

It was a new game. I always start a new game with a new build.
