4B UP & autosurvey & autopilot bug

In 4B if you have Survey Ships (3 in my case) set to Autosurvey and UP voted not to explore anomalies outside owned territory it happens that sometimes the game catches you shouldn't survey there (outside owned) and stops you (and you already know this). It happens then that other unrelated ships get out from autopilot...
