Missing rules files

I just purchased the game, and the game itself appears to work reasonably well, but I can't locate the rules files that were supposed to come with the game. They show up in the windows menu but when you try to open them up they cannot be found.

Any suggestions?

If you mean the manual, it isn't complete yet. The current version is in the Encyclopedia available at the top of this page.
