Serious help needed, can't register

Okay, I've bought the limited edition from game, and I really need the patch because my save games take so long to load and the game is a little buggy. However, when I come to register it won't let me. So I cannot get updates or bonus material which I paid for. I have the european edition and am aware that they issued the wrong serial codes, but when I send my code off to get the right code back, it just says the serial code is not in our data banks. I have emailed support but they just ignore me. Is anybody on this site able to help me? I can't believe there are no moderators, surely thoguh the administrator of the site could see my post and give me some aid?

Only to make shure, you used this https://www.galciv2.com/paradox/index.aspx?c=1 to get the number?
And please doublecheck the 0 (zero) and o (oooohhhhhh), often user mixe up these two

Yey it works, I'd written 0 instead of O. So I done that. Now wheres the patch? Sorry, but all I see is bonus material.
