Assorted 4b Bugs

Stardock Forums
Yearly Reports:
1) Population growth: last sentence reads "...we have xx more people..." should read "...we have xx billion more people..."
2) Status Report: population change that was listed as -29.6 billion, which happened to be my population as of last year, rather than the difference between that figure and the current population
Trade:
1) I'm not sure if this is a bug or by design, but you are able to ask for eg. 1000 bc for 0 months, which seems to be exactly the same as asking for the same figure for 1 month
Rebellion:
1) When receiving an alien system via a cultural rebellion, the shipyard was constructing a ship design I had not yet researched. I was able to continue constucting as many of this design as I wanted as long as I did not choose another ship in the mean time (That ship design did not appear in the list, which is correct)
Main screen interface:
1) being a mouse user, I tend to use the side screen scrolling a great deal. However whenever I try to scroll , and the scroll point I use falls in either the ship information area at the bottom or the menu button at the top, the screen does not scroll. Any point either side of these works fine.
