The game takes place in the world of Medea, which is dominated by mysterious overlords and an uncertain past. History has begun to unravel in the state of Lereftain and murderous cults are running unchecked through the streets. While the government bickers over what to do, tension begins to build with old enemies in the west. Three citizens cross paths one dark night during an act of charity, only to find themselves burdened with the responsibilities of defending a nation.
