Peace Treay Concessions

Does anyone else think the AI makes WAY too many concessions when trying to sign a peace treaty with you? I can usually get it to give up 10+ techs, a bunch of money and other things.

it all depends on the military comparison ... when your militari is superior they will give everything to stop the war
