In this screenshot, I'm told I have a dangerously low level of BCs in a popup, but I have +854. Odd.

Probably because as they just added the warning feature in the latest build, it recognizes that at SOME point in the game you have had the low level of BC's.

I had the same thing at 3000+ BC but that was about the amount I exchanged techs for to various races..
