Rally point for ship production

Can you add a feature so that I can tell all ships produced at Planet X to go to Planet Y. That feature would sooo cut down on the micromanagement when I am preparing for war. In fact, to take it a point further, it would be nice to be able to tell them to rally at any sector I indicate, not just planet. Unless this is already in the game and I've just missed it . . .
