Buildings not building...

On some of the planets I choose to build things on, where it shows the status of the buildings that are being built, where it should say time left it says 'Never'. How can I change that?

This is a display bug in Beta (I'm on 3 so I can confirm its in there). If nothing is being built, then all of your social production is funneled into military. Now that you've selected a building, that fact hasnt changed, so you still have 0 social production.

Try switching to social focus, then switching back to whatever you had it set on. Thats a quick easy way to update the display until the bug is fixed.

I'm in Beta 3, so I dont know if this is updated in Beta 4 or not.

I can confirm that it's still a problem in beta 4.
