MOO 3 vs. GalCiv in Feb?

MOO3 has had its release date changed to February 28th. That's the same day as Galactic Civilizations.

I thought the release date for Galciv was February 25? Of course, MOO3 could still slip further. A slip this close in is often a bad omen (for the slipper, that is).

As far as I know, they are working to resolve some late game Multiplayer bugs, and they will release the game when said bugs have been corrected. They have NO release date planed and any date from anyone is simply a guess, since the developpers themselves said they do not know it, and that they will release as soon as possible. This means MOO3 could reach gold status today or next june...
Note that they want to release it as soon as it reach gold, their forums are pretty much out of hands since they missed the november 27 and december 4 dates, and that's precisely why they aren't giving any more dates.
But from comments from the beta testers and developpers, they are almost there, but not quite yet...
