I finally made it to the end through all the 10-15min restarts after each crash. I conquered every single planet, except 1 
a minor race refused to surrender before the last major race planet gave in despite spending most of the game at 8% approval rating.
Anyway, the final winning score summary, the Overall Score = Military Score and not the actual Overall score.
The game crashed one final time while trying to post my score to the metaverse. (wouldn't set any records at 450+k but it shouldn't crash
