overlap of message & research screen &multithreading screen

Sometimes, especially when I get a new tech, the drengins would like to have it as well....
Then the message screen pops up and the research screen is merged on the screen. I can see the accept/reject buttons of the message and the picture of the little robot telling me which tech I got, but I can't see the button 'Done' for accepting the tech advance and continue with the message. It helps to slide the mouse over the aerea where I suspect the button in in the case the mouse is below the the right position the button appears, then you can move the mouse up, the button vanishes but you can press it.
Perhaps the inter race messages should be delayed until the turn messages are completed.
