A question about DX

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to get that dumb splash screen,(that says xxxx-desktop with the "o.k." button on the bottom), to quit popping up when loading a new DX Desktop? I figured out how to get it to stop asking me to "Save", but I can't figure out the splash screen.
It seems kind of pointless. I know it's loading the desktop, I applied it.

If anyone knows of a way, I'd be eternally greatful!

I'm not seeing that. Are you using the trial version or one of the paid versions?

I'm using a paid one. What ever the latest version is. I just downloaded it a few days ago.
Again, it happens when I switch directly from 1 DX desktop to another.

I could take a screen if you wish, but it just says the name of the desktop it's loading and forces you to click "o.k." at the bottom.

I say "forces", because there are no cancel options. Just "O.K."

Thanks in advance

Ah . . you are talking about the description on the desktop!

Open the theme an do a "save as . ." Leave the description blank.
I think that'll do it.

Well, that worked perfectly. I dunno why your fix didn't enter my feeble little mind..........I scare myself sometimes

Thanks again! That has been really bugging me.

My work here is done.

Zubaz moseys toward the sunset . . and smacks his head against the glass. Turned out it was a Po' Smedley icon.

TheGuyPC: How exactly do you disable that "Save" dialog on switching desktops? I've been hunting around and can't find an answer anywhere

If you modify a desktop and then switch to another desktop you will always get prompted to save I think. Same as if you made changes to a text file and quit. Not sure if that's your question . . . but that's an answer.
