Description/Tech Tree error in beta 4D

On the Dreadnought technology, the description is:
"Strategic Defender Systems continues its dominance of the military industry with its latest addition to our defensive capability. The new 'Dreadnought' class of Battleships has moved out of the prototype stage, and into production. This new weapon is equipped with even more powerful Photon Torpedoes, along with the recently developed Transporters. Shuttles are no longer needed to transfer people or materials from ship to surface. The Transporters can teleport someone to any target that is within 250,000 kilometers."
However, the problem is that "Transporters" are not a pre-requisite technology. So you can build Dreadnoughts (and I did) without having researched the "Transporters" technology.
To correct this seemingly either Transporters should be added as a pre-requisite, or simply remove that reference from the description. It's a bit confusing anyway, as when I read it I thought Dreadnoughts might have some sort of planet invasion ability or somesuch. Of course, they don't
