Governonr production queue howto?

So this is where all the feedback folks hang out...the newsgroup seemed dead. In any case, after searching for something better than the user manual (wow that sounds bad...not supposed to) on how to set a governor build queue I'll ask here.

I can't move/set any items in the queue either from the governor screen or planet detail screen. Is this functionality currently working? I also can't change between governors on either screen. The only active buttons on the governor screen appear to be the social/military swap and the one which moves the priority bar up/down.

Oh yeah, I'm running beta4.

Is there an online FAQ of known/resolved bugs I can check future submissions against?

click on Domestic Policy, then on Governor, Social Achievements lists possible stuff you can build, double click on it so it moves to Build Order.

That seemed like what should work...but it doesn't. Single-clicking doesn't highlight anything (specific Governor by name or social achievement), double-clicking doesn't add anything to the queue. The only apparently active buttons are the social/military toggle and the scroll arrows through the (empty) build queue. (Side note, if I scroll past 19, the highlight bar goes off the screen but the (again, empty) list doesn't follow).

Odd...downloaded it over the weekend. Checked back today and there was a .8 meg update. Governor problem now resolved. :-)

I assume you mean updates? Brad has mentioned there will be about 1 more betabuild before the beta closes entirely, probably in the end of this week, or beginning of the next.

There was a selection bug in the previous version which caused the highlighting problem. A quick update was released over the weekend to fix it. Usually updates are every 2-3 weeks or so. Only 1 more to go before Gamma though.

And here I thought 4D was the last. I must have missed where Brad said there would be one more before the Gama. Also, this sure does not give much time left for the Gama. Is the Feb 25 ship date now in jeopardy?
