Setting the tabs up

Hi
I am really new to all this and I'm a bit confused.
I have downloaded a couple of themes (such as Officeextreem and DarkProfessional) but what I want to know is how to set up the various icons thingys up such as Game,Utilities and graphics.
I have quite a number of games installed and I want to put them in the games tab instead of icons al over the show and then I can click on that game icon and pick which game I want to play.
Can some body help please?
I just can't seem to grasp the way it is done.
It must be my age.

You need to be in DX Builder. Right click your DX icon and switch to DX Builder. Then you can right click anything you want and change it.
