I don't think I should have to ask this

from WinCustomize Forums
I downloaded desktopx, downloaded this theme (its the mesh one) https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=3520&LibID=31, but it doesn't look anything like the picture except for the weather.

Why do you show a nice preview like that if we arn't going to be able to use it?

I don't see why it would be difficult to include a list of things extra we need to download to make our theme look like the pictures we download.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to make it look like that? I can add a calendar object from desktop x already but it still looks nothing like that of the photo

Nothing extra is required. If you read the instructions you'll know that it's for 1280x1024 resolution and that all the items you see (with the exception of the Right-Click menu) are turned on or off from the bar at the bottom by clicking on the buttons. Oh.....since he neglected to include instructions the right-click menu is accessed by right clicking on the desktop.

But of course you read the instructions before posting this so there must be some other problem. Possibly a corrupt download....

Sorry if my response was a little short....I hadn't got to my coffee yet. If you are not using 1280x1024 resolution you may not see the bar at the bottom because it's off you screen.

I agree with the title of the post.

You will also need WindowBlinds installed and the StealthOS blind loaded.

Should have refreshed thread after downloading and appling theme to see if there had been any responses, there were none when I first got to thread.



Note to self, Lantec has first coffee at about 7:10 am ( WC time ), don't rile him before then

Hey now....I give everyone Friday afternoons off (except myself).

Since 1990 I've only had 1 person quit for reasons other than marriage or pregnancy, unless my wife counts. We've been married more than 20 years but she can't stand 24 hours a day of me.

I've had to let a few go but that's a different story.
