Beta 3Z1 bugs

Here are some bugs I've found so far:
1. AI Civs go into debt by the millions
2. Production graph shows a flat line for all civs.
3. If I double-click on the confirm "Yes" during a Game Same, the click can fall thru to the Load Game button.
4. "Quit Game" from the menu should have a confirming "Are you sure?"
5. No picture for Habitat Improvement.

Item 2 should be "Technology graph"
New Items:
6. News items in lower right sometimes show up one turn late.
7. Tooltip for round button between left & right pointers at bottom of planet detail panel is "string not found".
8. Planet that had a priate flag when I won battle still has the priate flag while my morale is 100%.
