Lock position option for floating bars in ObjectBar

Please add an option to lock the position of a floating bar.
I use a floating bar on the top of the screen instead of a docked bar because some applications show up with their upper caption border below the docked bar (also if Windows original bar is positioned on the top of the screen).
Sometimes I accidentally move that bar so I need to put it in place again. Or when the cpu gets overloaded the mouse also drags the bar sometimes.
