Cloaked Excalibur?

I did a search for "cloaked excalibur" and had no results.

I was nearing an end game, and thought I was winning until the Altarians showed up and starting wiping me out with cloaked excalibur ships. I couldn't strategise because I couldn't see them coming. Is this a bug? I installed the Good/Evil Improvement Pak, is that what the pure good get as a tech? I was very surprised, to say the least. :p

Cloaking isn't in the game, in that way at least. That was probably the invisible ship bug, which Stardock has said would take too much work to make a patch for. But can be temporarily fixed by saving and reloading the game.

no the file contains nothing to do with cloaking.
