I have not made any modifications to anything. I went for a quick alliance win to see if the scores would record to the meteverse. Please erase these cheats from my record as if the game accepts this style of play without any cheating then the scores should count. Either that or disable the option to start with all races having a CLOSE relationship to selcted race. To be labelled as a cheater for finding a new way to win quickly is not enjoyable. If you do not want us to win this way, change your programming and stop punishing us for finding ways to beat your game without doing any modifications. I have been a mebr of your community for almost 3 years and this is the first time i have had anything truely negative inflicted on me. I am willing to forgive and forget if you remove these cheat flags. Bye for now and Thank-you

Do you start by putting all your races as close or as allies? If you put all the AI as allies it will give you a cheat flag. Also check to see if the race you are using has some negative values in the screen where you can change the atributes. If this is not the case then hopefully someone from Stardock can give you an answer.

Did you use ctrl+n? That can throw up cheat flags.

I suspect it's because the game ended too quickly because I don't think that we directly check to see if all races were set to start at Close or higher.
I am changing the code so that, in metaverse games, you cannot start with relations higher than friendly.
I will erase the games that are marked as Cheater games, but a word to the wise: if you want something, ask for it nicely. We are willing to help people, but it is very wearying to help people who arrogantly make demands with nary a please nor thank you.

Why didn't you have them all as allies? That way, it might be possible to win on turn 1 (or at least 2).
I don't know if it's possible though because I'm not lame enough to try but that doesn't seem to stop you.
Think about it, you could submit thousands of metaverse games each and every day

lol, but perceiving to have something negative "inflicted" on one while participating in a computer game is hilariously melodramatic.

Hi Carielf, thank you for your clarification, I thought that finishing so quick was the problem, so I told him that it could be the cause. And my Godess don't pay attention to those who don't know the kidness that comes from you my Queen.

Hmm, I'd suggest to disable the setting of relations for Metaverse games completely, even starting at friendly relations is quite an advantage. I don't think this should be possible to do - else everybody might start doing it.

Heck, I think starting relations should be completely randomized, and maybe tied into the game difficulty.

I'd actually prefer it if your relations depended on what race you pick(like Drengins hate Terrans).

I recommend you all drop it down to warm, recently in this current build I was able to cement alliances at friendly with no bribery. Yes I am that special!

Where do we send the Tobin James "Muskat"? The 2004 "Muskat" has a bold rich fruit and semi-sweet finish that is extremely gratifying after choking down a new lovers badly burned dinner!

Thank-you for removing the cheat flags.
I started with close relationships. I do not like to play 5 minute games but I was loking for a way to climb the metaverse ladder as I am frustrated watching my ranking drop every time I post a suicidal military victory. The overinflated scores people have posted by drawing out games that could have been won in 1/4 the time should be labelled as cheats also. The recalc will put everyone on a level playing field. Please endeavor to have it done soon. The metaverse is what keeps people interested in your games for a much longer period. By reading the forums I can see that a lot of people are frustrated with the metaverse. I would like to see the meteverse thrive for competitive players. Remember that for every frustrated player that posts a comment about the metaverse there are 100 others that feel the same way but do not post their issues. You have a very strong core of long time regulars that are truly devoted to you. They all remember how great the Galciv 1 meteverse was. The same cannot be said for any newcomers to the game. These newcomers will fall of the treadmill quickly if the recalc is not done soon. I will never grow tired of this game. The metaverse adds an extra dimension that no other game has. Please maintain your advantage. Thank-you and keep up the great work on the updates.
