Bug in Tech Tree or in Research Screen Text

When you click on Planetary Destruction, the description is "Terror Stars, baby! We're getting closer." Planetary Destruction is not a prerequisite of Terror Stars (I have a screen shot showing both available for research in the Research screen).

Oops. Forgot to mention another possible bug I saw. For Xeno Propaganda, the new ability is Trade +10. Shouldn't propaganda affect influence, not the number of trade routes?

Trade +10 just increases the profit on trade not the number of trade routes
