Locked Windows

Is there a way?!

I've recently loaded up the current version of the VDM, which I'm using in an ObjectBar. However, I can't find any way of locking a window to a particular desktop, or to all desktops (I want messenger and status-type windows to follow me to whichever desktop I'm on)

Is there a way to do it?

If there's not, this is a major step backwards, and consider this a feature request!
