IP Address Changing Object/Widget

Winips.exe is a very handy program that I recently found, allowing you to quickly change your Windows IP settings (useful for my laptop, because I have a habit of moving around between LANs a lot, and the LAN I use most of the time is not on DHCP)
Only problem is that the program itself is ugly and could do with some shine.
I bet if such a widget/object was created I wouldn't be the only one using it!
If anyone is up to creating this then they would be double-cool in my books!
